Conscious Breathwork guides us deep to our core, allowing us to open up and expand, while releasing unwanted physical, emotional, and mental energies.  Using conscious connected breathing, this guided breathwork meditation supports the immediate movement of energy in the body.  This exchange of energy enables us to let go of all that we have been holding on to, while awakening renewed space within for all that we are creating in our lives.
